How can I track my orders and inventory?

For dropshipping, the tracking number for your order will be emailed directly to your account email. In the case of wholesale, tracking information will be uploaded directly to the marketplace where the order was placed . This ensures you have real-time access to your order status and inventory management.

We are based in Peoria, Illinois, right in the heart of the USA. Currently, we focus exclusively on supplying the Illinois market.

What are my responsibilities for orders with Palzaar?

As a seller, you have specific responsibilities to ensure a smooth operation.

Returns Management: After inspecting the package thoroughly for any damages, you have 30 days to return an item to us. Update Amazon Live Listings: You are in charge of notifying us if modifications are needed for your live listings sheet; we will not add or remove items without your input.

Customer Service: Your team will handle customer inquiries, returns, refunds, and any issues related to products or orders.

Ongoing Product Updates: While you are not responsible for creating new product listings, you must communicate any required updates to existing listings.

Company Certifications : Acquiring necessary certifications is important, especially for B2B transactions.

FBA Labeling and Extra Handling Charges: You are responsible for notifying us if FBA labeling or other handling is required. Please be aware that any additional handling charges will incur extra costs.

How do I choose between the wholesale and dropshipping options?

Both our wholesale and dropshipping options offer a 50 Products Subscription but serve different needs. Wholesale is suited for those who prefer managing their own fulfillment, with a $100 order minimum and bulk discounts, while dropshipping allows you to grow without inventory investment, featuring direct shipping to end users, no order minimums, and a dedicated account representative. Our vision is to help you build lasting businesses; with dropshipping, the more winning products you add without upfront costs, the better your chances of sustainable growth in a competitive market.

Are there any hidden fees associated with services?

We believe in transparency, which is why we say, “Zero Charges Until You Win!” The first time any money needs to be exchanged is when you receive your first order. We do not sell courses or information; we sell real products that drive your success. Our goal is to ensure you only invest when you’re ready to start generating revenue.

What kind of support do you offer for new users?

For wholesale users, we provide product updates and assistance with adding new products and managing order placement and fulfillment. Dropshipping users receive all of that, plus the added benefit of a dedicated account representative who will coach you through your journey and offer valuable insights to enhance your experience and growth.

What payment methods to you accept for orders?

We accept all major credit cards and debit cards, charging only once your order ships. Additionally, we offer ACH and wire payments, which provide a 2% discount on products.

Do you provide marketing resources or tools to help grow my business?

At this time, we do not offer any marketing resources or tools beyond the product information we provide. However, we encourage you to reach out to your dedicated account rep if you have specific needs that could help enhance your sales.
